Output Length Limit in Settings

Add an option in Traycer’s settings to limit the maximum length of generated plans. This will prevent cases where the output exceeds the context window of downstream tools (e.g., Augment’s 20k character input limit). Users currently have to regenerate shorter versions manually, which creates unnecessary frustration and extra traffic. A configurable length cap would streamline workflows and improve usability.
